18 Piece Dumbbell Set

This versatile dumbbell set is perfect for targeting chest, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It includes eight 5.5 lb. weight plates, four 2.8 pound weight plates and two 5.5 pound dumbbell bars with screw collars and has a total weight of about 66.1 pounds. This set allows the users to variably select the weights they want to lift for different exercises.
