**What comes in each order?**

3 Adjustable Resistance Bands for customizable resistance.  Maximum equivalent of 45 lbs - Comes as a set of 3, 48-inch long colored exercise bands: Yellow (10 lbs),Green (15 lbs), Red (20 lbs). You can use the bands independently or in any combination with a maximum resistance level of 45lbs. 1 Bat, 1 door anchor, 1 bag with a drawstring.

**How long until I see results?**  
This can depend on skill level, age of athlete, and how much you use it.  With regular use, many players see improvements in their swing within a few weeks.  Some younger athletes see stability and swing path improvement after a few reps.

**Is there a minimum age?**
